DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Putnam County, dated July 11, 2005, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal and to enlarge the record on this appeal to include material relating to an appeal from an order of the same court dated September 20, 2005 pending under Appellate Division Docket No 2006-00771.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until May 2, 2006, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied without prejudice to consolidating this appeal with the appeal pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-00771 (see 22 NYCRR 670.7[c][1]).
