ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated February 28, 2006, in the above-entitled matter is amended by (1) adding to the second decretal paragraph thereof after the telephone number (917) 609-2975, a period, (2) by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the words "and it is further," and (3) by deleting the final decretal paragraph.
