DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered November 6, 2003, and separate motion by the appellant to be furnished with the pre-sentence report.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge time is granted, and the appellant's supplemental pro se brief shall be served and filed on or before May 3, 2006; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to be provided with a copy of the pre-sentence report is denied.
