Motion by the third-party defendant-respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 20, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the third-party defendant-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until March 17, 2006, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the defendants third-party plaintiffs-appellants-respondents and the respondent-appellant may serve and file reply briefs to the brief of the third-party defendant-respondent on or before March 27, 2006.
