| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent Ahmed Mogheless for an order of this court releasing any and all minutes of the Grand Jury proceedings conducted in regard to an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 14, 2005, and application by the respondents for an enlargement of time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is referred to the panel that is assigned to hear the appeal, to be determined after an in camera review of the minutes in question, which have been filed under seal with this court by the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until April 17, 2006, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
