Appeal by Cheryl A. Fiore from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 7, 2005. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Andrew J. Zuckerman, dated January 8, 2006, it is

(2) the appellant is not interested in prosecuting responding to the appeal, or that he or she has been unable to contact the appellant, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
