Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 4, 2005, inter alia, for leave to reargue a motion, among other things, to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 9, 2006.
