Motion by the Maria Stadnik, a/k/a Malina Nealis and Kevin Nealis, inter alia, on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kengs Xounty, dated November 30, 2005, and appeals from two orders of the same court, dated February 1, 2006, and February 23, 2006, respectively, to stay enforcement of the order dated February 23, 2006, pending hearing and determination of the appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
