DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by James A. McGurk, an attorney in good standing in the State of Illinois, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 23, 2005, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to be admitted pro hac vice is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of papers indicating that the movant has obtained local counsel; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until March 29, 2006, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
