Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 16, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 5, 2006, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
