DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellant to withdraw the brief previously filed and for leave to file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered March 4, 2003.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's brief is deemed withdrawn, and on or before April 10, 2006, the appellant shall file a replacement brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until 60 days after service upon it of a copy of the replacement brief.
