Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue his motion for leave to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 14, 2005, and August 24, 2005, respectively, as a poor person, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 21, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
