2006-01490, 2006-01491 In the Matter of James M. Thompson, Jr., respondent, v Wai K. Yu-Thompson, appellant. (Docket No. V-2018-04)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated January 11, 2006, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from that order and a decision of the same court also dated January 11, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeal from the decision is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v Green Constr. Corp., 100 AD 2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
ADAMS, J.P., MASTRO, FISHER and COVELLO, JJ., concur.
