| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 1, 2005, and August 3, 2005, respectively, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 24, 2006, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated August 3, 2005, upon her perfection of the appeals on or before February 22, 2006, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals. Cross motion by the respondent to vacate the stay of enforcement contained in the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 24, 2006
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to amend so much of the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 24, 2006, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated August 3, 2005, upon her perfection of the appeals on or before February 22, 2006, is granted, and the decision and order on motion of this court dated January 24, 2006, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "February 22, 2006" and substituting therefor the date "March 22, 2006"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until March 22, 2006, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
