Application by Jennifer C. Neal, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on January 12, 2005, under the name Jennifer Christine Neal, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jennifer Neal Bardavid.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Jennifer Christine Neal to Jennifer Neal Bardavid, effective immediately.
