Separate motions by the appellant pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 4, 2003, and November 30, 2004, respectively, (1) to hold the appeals in abeyance and (2), in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion to enlarge the record on appeal to include the exhibits attached to the instant motion papers which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 18, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
