| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Sabrina B.-D., a/k/a Sabrina B.-M. from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 29, 2005. By decision and order on motion of this court dated December 8, 2005, the appellant was granted leave to renew a motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person on or before January 9, 2006. The appellant has failed to do so.
