Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated July 7, 2005, in effect, for leave to reargue that branch of her motion which was for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated November 30, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
