Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to file fewer than 9 copies of a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 19, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file his supplemental brief is enlarged, and the supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before May 18, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
