Joint application by the petitioners and respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 17, 2005, and to enlarge the petitioners' time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 17, 2006, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the petitioners' reply brief, if any, must be served and filed on or before May 8, 2006.
