DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered June 2, 2003, to include, among other things, the minutes of the proceedings in the above-entitled action that occurred during August 2002 and November 2002, and for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an enlargement of time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental pro se brief shall be served and filed on or before May 22, 2006; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
