Motion by the attorney for the appellant on appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Orange County, both rendered June 16, 1998, to direct the Orange County Clerk's Office to provide him with the address for retired court reporter Elizabeth Garten in order to serve her with a motion to compel the production of the minutes of the plea and sentencing.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic, as the minutes have been transcribed.
