Motion by the defendant pro se for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend his time to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 30, 2005, which was decided by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 12, 2006.
