| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 16, 2005, to vacate a preliminary injunction contained in that order, inter alia, enjoining the appellants from terminating the respondent from his position as a civil engineer with the New York Air National Guard.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
