Motion by counsel for the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 1, 2005, for a reconstruction hearing with respect to certain proceedings which occurred before the Family Court, Suffolk County, on the ground that the minutes of those proceedings have not been transcribed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as all available minutes have been transcribed, and there were no proceedings at which minutes were taken on any other dates.
