DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion for Poor Person Relief
and for Assignment of Counsel
Family Court

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, entered October 5, 2005, for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before April 11, 2006, upon the submission of proper papers establishing that the appellant is entitled to poor person relief, including his affidavit setting forth his full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any sources of income, itemized expenses, and information as to the disposition of funds received from the sale of his home.
