F-19785/05, F-19787/05, F-19789/05, F-19790/05, F-19791/05, F-19792/05, F-19808/05, F-19809/05, F-19810/05, F-19812/05, F-19817/05, and F-19818/05, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 3, 2005, and September 30, 2005, respectively.
