| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motions by the appellant pro se (1) to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, rendered October 28, 2004, and (2), inter alia, to enlarge the record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge time is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney on or before May 23, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to enlarge the record is denied.
