2006-00600 The People, etc., plaintiff, v George Velez, defendant. (Ind. No. 4247/95)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendant pro se for leave to appeal to this court from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered November 30, 2005, as denied that branch of his motion which was, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 440.30(1-a), which was denied by a prior order of the same court dated October 10, 2002.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, as no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.
