Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 3, 2006, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent Sunnymeade Leasing, LLC, its employees, agents, assigns, or anyone acting on its behalf, from selling encumbering or transferring certain premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
