DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to stay the trial in two related underlying personal injury actions entitled Chapman v Total Plumbing, Index No. 13284/02, and Hunnicutt v Romano, Index No. 49925/02, both pending in the Supreme Court, Kings County, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 17, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
