| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeal by Jules Plevy from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated August 25, 2005. The order indicates that a copy of the order was mailed to the appellant on November 23, 2005. The notice of appeal is dated January 27, 2006.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of this court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties or their attorneys.
