Motion by the appellant-respondent on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 8, 2005, for reimbursement of actual expenses and reasonable attorney's fees incurred in connection with his efforts to obtain payment from the respondents-appellants of their proportionate share of the joint record on appeal.
