Motion by the respondents-appellants to stay jury selection and the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 20, 2005, and August 10, 2005, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and jury selection and the trial in the above-entitled action are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeals.
