Motion by the respondent pro se for leave to defend an appeal from a sentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County, imposed January 27, 2005, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel to respond to an appeal by the People.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the respondent to respond to the appeal from said sentence:
