Motion by assigned counsel to be provided with the minutes of the jury voir dire from the appellant's trial on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 22, 2004, which denied his motion pursuant to CPL 440 to vacate a judgment of the same court rendered November 13, 1990.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
