| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 2, 2006, in effect, to amend so much of a prior decision and order on motion of this court dated March 3, 2006, as conditioned the grant of their motion to stay the damages trial in the above-entitled action upon perfection of the appeal by April 3, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this court dated March 3, 2006, is amended by deleting from the second and third decretal paragraphs thereof the date "April 3, 2006," and substituting therefor the date "June 5, 2006."
