| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to serve and file their brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 18, 2005. The appellants timely served and filed the record on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 13, 2006, and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until June 13, 2006, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until July 10, 2006, and the appellants' reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
