| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial thereof, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 4, 2006, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal. Separate motion by the appellants for leave to admit, pro hac vice, Michael F. Bailey, an attorney in good standing in the state of Arizona, to represent the appellants on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a stay is granted, and all proceedings in the above-entitled action, including the trial thereof, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference is granted, and the appeal will be calendared when fully perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to admit Michael F. Bailey pro hac vice is granted, and Michael F. Bailey is admitted, pro hac vice, to represent the appellants on the above-entitled appeal.
