| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated October 26, 2005, inter alia, to enlarge the record to include minutes of a transcript of a hearing which occurred before the Family Court, Kings County, in visitation proceedings pending under Docket Nos. V-36746-04 and V-018764-04, on July 1, 2005, and application by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondent shall serve and file his brief on or before April 21, 2006.
