It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on condition that the appellants - continue to pay for accruing use and occupancy to the petitioner on each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice, and perfect the appeal by the June 2006 term - the filing deadline is April 11, 2006. The appellants are to serve a copy of the available transcripts to the petitioner-respondent immediately upon service of a copy of this order on the appellants' attorney. The parties should attempt to stipulate to the correctness of the transcript in order to be able to perfect the appeal for the June 2006 term. The appellants are to reimburse the petitioner-respondent for the cost of obtaining the transcript of the June 21, 2005 hearing. The prior orders of this Court are modified accordingly.
