Motion by the appellant on appeals from (1) three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered March 18, 2005, July 20, 2005, and October 25, 2005, respectively, and (2) an order of the same, dated January 24, 2006, to consolidate the appeals, and to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders entered March 18, 2005, July 20, 2005, and October 25, 2005, to also be the record and briefs on the appeal from the order dated January 24, 2006, along with a supplemental record containing the order dated January 24, 2006, and the notice of appeal from that order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental record containing the order dated January 24, 2006, and the notice of appeal from that order on or before April 24, 2006.
