ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 31, 2006, in the above-entitled case is amended by (1) deleting from the second paragraph thereof after the date "December 2, 2005," the word "and", and (2) adding thereto after the date "January 10, 2006," the following, "and March 15, 2006".
