| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered April 16, 2004, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated January 17, 2006, which recalled and vacated a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 27, 2005, granting the appellant's motion for leave to file a supplemental brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the supplemental brief in the Office of the Clerk of this court shall be accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a response to the appellant's supplemental brief is enlarged until June 5, 2006.
