Motion by the respondent to dismiss as abandoned appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered November 1, 2004, and November 18, 2004, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[f]; CPL 470.60[1]).
