| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se pursuant to CPL 460.30 to extend his time to take appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Nassau County, both rendered December 17, 2004.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to take an appeal from the judgment rendered December 17, 2004 (Appellant Division Docket No. 2006-00810), Indictment No. 2102/03, is granted and the appellant's motion papers are deemed a timely notice of appeal from that judgment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to take an appeal from the judgment rendered December 17, 2004, (Appellant Division Docket No. 2006-00801), Indictment No. 2498/04, is denied.
