| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 15, 2004, and (2) a judgment of the same court entered November 17, 2004, for leave to reargue a motion to enlarge the record to include certain material and for leave to proceed as a poor person, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 27, 2006, and to enlarge the time to serve and file (1) a supplemental record in accordance with the decision and order on motion dated February 27, 2006, and (2) a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for reargument is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file (1) a supplemental record in accordance with the decision and order on motion dated February 27, 2006, and (2) a reply brief is granted, and the supplemental record containing the material authorized by the decision and order on motion dated February 27, 2006, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before May 5, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
