| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 16, 2003, and for assignment of new counsel, or, in the alternative, to enlarge his time to serve and file his supplemental pro se brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief is granted, and the appellant's time to serve and file the supplemental pro se brief is enlarged until June 7, 2006, and the appellant's supplemental pro se brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
