Motion by counsel for the respondent on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 29, 2005, to admit, pro hac vice, Darren K. Kearns, an attorney in good standing in the State of Kansas, to represent the respondent on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and Darren K. Kearns is admitted pro hac vice, to represent the respondent on the above-entitled appeal.
