ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated March 30, 2006, in the above-entitled case is amended by adding thereto after the second decretal paragraph the following decretal paragraph:
"ORDERED that former counsel, Louis R. Rosenthal, Esq., 16 Court Street, 32nd Floor, Brooklyn, New York, 11241, is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,".
